Electrical Motor Training System
Electric Motor is the most basic example of electrical machine. Here we would also like to tell you that an electric motor and generator have many similarities in their design, rather it would be correct to say that the basic conceptual design of both of the machines is same. When a core covered with copper wire is rotated inside a magnetic field it produces current and forms an electric generator now vice versa of this phenomenon when electric current is applied to a copper covered core placed inside a magnetic field it starts rotating and there by forming an electric motor. Our specially designed electric motor generator and alternator sets are made for depiction of their underlying basic principles and there behavior under different test conditions of varying current and voltages.
Electric Motor control systems can be defined as a cluster of components ideally designed to manipulate the performance of an electric motor in a predefined manner. These are generally known as electric motor controllers. There are various types of electric motor control systems which can be classified as DC, AC, and BLDC Motor controllers. They have numerous critical functions which are: automatic or manual starting as well as stopping the operation of an electric motor, setting the course of rotation as forward or reverse, selecting and regulating the speed of rotation (commonly used in ceiling fan regulators), controlling or regulating the torque and most importantly protecting the motor against several degrees of electrical overloads and faults. Our electric motor control training system is primarily designed to understand basic principles of high-performance motor control techniques, driving methods, control theories and power converters.
Today the most advanced form of controllers are electric motor drive systems which have a wide range of applications ranging from our day to day home appliances, motor vehicles, aerospace and transportation, heating ventilating and cooling equipment’s, robotics and industrial machinery. Electric motor control training system is applicable / designed for every type of electric motor ranging from all DC Motors, AC Motors to BLDC Motors.Electric motor control training system teaches that a controller can be a simple switch which can manually control the motor, or a relay which is connected to an automatic sensor for starting and stopping a motor.
