Lab Tray Dryer
The working principal of a tray dryer is continuous circulation of hot air inside the chamber. The principal of forced heat transfer by convection is used to eliminate moisture from the materiel placed in trays of the tray dryer.
The moist air being generated inside the Tray Dryer is partially blown out of the chamber so as to reduce the moisture content of air inside the chamber. The reason for partially removing the moist air is that if remove it at once the temperature inside the chamber will drop because of heat loss so we slowly remove the hot and moist air from the Tray Dryer cabinet.
